1. Politics in the fear of God.
Originally God is the king of the world.
It is not telling us only in the christianity's world, also shows well in the oriental classics.
But the ruined world removed God as the king's position. However, it could not be told 'God is not the king.' Still God want to be the king of us. So He chose Israel to do His role as the king in its history evidently. But Israel chose their kings among the humanbeings in the end. God saw through this fact.
Jesus called Himself as the king. He was killed by a king who was a man.
What sort of the nation's and king's system of that God wants?
God wants to build His own nation where is called 'God is the king'. And God wanted to rule over the people by Moses, Joshua and Judges who carry out to reveal the words of God. God did not ignore the nation's system itself, rather wanted to build and rule over the kingdom of God through Israel with diffrent ways compare to another nations.
So God wanted to be changed them as the people of the kingdom of God who live in the rest nations.
In 1 Samuel Chapter 8, it shows well what is God's thought about the king. Nevertheless we don't live under the mornachism, there are some regardings about the preidential or cabinet system also.
Now let's read 1 Samuel Chapter 8
The name of his firstborn was Joel and the name of his second was Abijah, and they served at Beersheba.
But his sons did not walk in his ways. They turned aside after dishonest gain and accepted bribes and perverted justice.
So all the elders of Israel gathered together and came to Samuel at Ramah.
They said to him, "You are old, and your sons do not walk in your ways; now appoint a king to lead us, such as all the other nations have."
But when they said, "Give us a king to lead us," this displeased Samuel; so he prayed to the LORD.
And the LORD told him: "Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected me as their king.
As they have done from the day I brought them up out of Egypt until this day, forsaking me and serving other gods, so they are doing to you.
Now listen to them; but warn them solemnly and let them know what the king who will reign over them will do."
Samuel told all the words of the LORD to the people who were asking him for a king.
He said, "This is what the king who will reign over you will do: He will take your sons and make them serve with his chariots and horses, and they will run in front of his chariots.
Some he will assign to be commanders of thousands and commanders of fifties, and others to plow his ground and reap his harvest, and still others to make weapons of war and equipment for his chariots.
He will take your daughters to be perfumers and cooks and bakers.
He will take the best of your fields and vineyards and olive groves and give them to his attendants.
He will take a tenth of your grain and of your vintage and give it to his officials and attendants.
Your menservants and maidservants and the best of your cattle and donkeys he will take for his own use.
He will take a tenth of your flocks, and you yourselves will become his slaves.
When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the king you have chosen, and the LORD will not answer you in that day."
But the people refused to listen to Samuel. "No!" they said. "We want a king over us.
Then we will be like all the other nations, with a king to lead us and to go out before us and fight our battles."
When Samuel heard all that the people said, he repeated it before the LORD.
The LORD answered, "Listen to them and give them a king." Then Samuel said to the men of Israel, "Everyone go back to his town." >
There were and are many presidents on this land who had and have plundered ours' as same as kings of the past times who already God warned them and us also, still they give so many influences to our lives and make so hard to us.
We think carefully about the presidential system. We need agony about how to be placed God as the real king of this country rather than trying to change with the cabine system. The presidents as men who are not afraid of God, they plunder and make us as their slaves. But God who is the king gives us the real freedom.
God is an existence like the air for us. Getting out of the air is not in the freedom. It is just the death itself.
When the fish get out of the water, it is in the death.
When fingers cut out from hands, they do not move freely. When we get away from God, the same things wll be happend.
These are telling about loving people which is one of worshiping people and loving people of the oriental thought.
We refer Matthew 4:8-10
"All this I will give you," he said, "if you will bow down and worship me."
Jesus said to him, "Away from me, Satan! For it is written: 'Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.'" >
Today the world has fallen down by the people who bow to Satan and exploit their neighbors to get all things under the sky and enjoy them for their glory.
Especially in politic and economic fields have these serious problems.
They bow Satan and follow his ways boldly to attain power and rich.
If we do not worship and serve Gos as our Lord, confusions, wars, famines, misfortunes, will not be stopped to us forever.
J.J. Rousseau(French) said that a man who has not religion is dangerous. There is possible acting without any careful just following one's way of thinking.
We are going to do this with not only our thinking but the eviedence which has proved by humanbeing history. So we only serve and worship God who in the righteouness and try to study, research, think and seek with His words and wisdoms of the Holy Spirit what is the most correct, fair for the all.
In the end, David says as the follow in fullness of the spirit of God.
2 Samuel 23:3-4
he is like the light of morning at sunrise on a cloudless morning, like the brightness after rain that brings the grass from the earth.'>
In the first dream of Arirang Party, there is a morning sun which is rising above the sea. It tells that our party will be risen like the sunshine of the morning sun when we are doing the politics only with God's righteousness.
In this land we are to do the politics that our ancestors who had and tried to do the dream of worshiping Heaven, even if they did not know well about who is God correctly.
The regrets of the mass people who fought to achieve the value of the life and freedom will be solved by Arirang Party.
